Sad Story Of A Business Starter!
When I first started my business, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the business. I knew I’d be working longer hours to get it going, and I’d be 100% responsible for the success or failure of my business while it was just me.
I know this harsh reality of starting a business: around 70% of startups are no longer in business by end of first year. Even if your product or service is fantastic, there are a host of snags you can hit, from running out of money to running out of steam. To deal with this risks and expect the business to turn into profit is always frustrating for me and create anxiety.
That being said, there’s a few things I wasn’t expecting that arose during the first year. If you’re already running a business, you’ve probably encountered at least most of these. If you’re just starting out, they’ll come eventually.
Even being on good location I am not getting good customers foot prints and having low sales even I fullfill all business parameters. Day by Day my anxiety gets higher as I am start making loses now.
It’s ok to lose a customer. There, I’ve said it. It’s not the end of the world but the number of customers I am getting is too low and hardly few of them I am able to retain it.
Remember how you felt when you lost a client or customer. You have a somber feeling come over you for a while and then you get angry and say, how could they leave me? Then soon after, you pick yourself up and get back to work. I bet you’ve had clients, and lost them, but now you haven’t thought about them for a long time, right?
That is all wasted energy. I always realised the fact that I am lacking in something so that is why my business is not running well. Now I am looking for good suggestions to improve things or I will close the business.
